Pear & Almond Butter Muesli Snack Stacks

Ingredients
  • 1 perfectly ripe pear
  • 1-2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons muesli
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
Instructions
  1. Slice the pear lengthwise to create "rounds" (see picture - I can't figure out how else to describe this!)
  2. Top each pear slice with a bit of the almond butter then sprinkle each slice with the muesli and coconut.
  3. Drizzle the honey over each slice, then stack the slices on top of each other and press lightly or make little sandwiches with two pear slices.
  4. Enjoy!
