Raspberry Apple Flax Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries (I love to use frozen)
  • ½ apple, cored (gala or granny smith work nicely)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons ground or whole flaxseed (use ground if you don't have a high speed blender like a Vitamix or Blendtec)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 5 drops liquid stevia (optional, to cut the acidity of the fruit)
Instructions
  1. Blend everything in a blender until smooth.
  2. Top with fresh raspberries as a garnish.
  3. Enjoy!
